A ‘Sundae’ Afternoon

Here’s introducing the ‘Horizontal Sundae’ crafted by Chef Santosh, Executive Pastry Chef, at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.
  This Vibrant and glorious 30-inch formation consists of a base of layered Red Velvet Cake and 25 scoops of ice cream which include some sensational flavours like include Black Currant, Almond Praline, Chocolate Chip & Mint, Strawberry, Mississippi Mud to name a few.

The seasoning comprises of a scrumptious and exotic mix of macaroons, Dragon Fruit, Kiwi, fresh Mangoes, Raspberries and Blueberries.

  Well not just that, chocolate bars, chocolate cigars, chocolate shards and fruit compotes add to the alluring look of the Sundae. And if you are looking for something more than it consists of candy toppings of jelly beans, sugar drops and berries along with raspberry coulis and chocolate fudge sauce with garnish of crushed nuts make this joyful stress relievant an irresistible.
P.S. An ideal treat you would love to share with your loved ones, as this is sufficient for 6-7 members.
